About the Journal

The REAMEC Journal - Amazonian Education Network in Science and Mathematics - is a periodical linked to the Post-Graduation Program in Science and Mathematics Education (PPGECEM) of the Amazonian Education Network in Science and Mathematics (REAMEC). Publish articles related to the various themes inherent to the area of the Teaching of the ​​Science and Mathematics (Area 46), from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). The area of ​​Teaching / Education in Science and Mathematics is considered as an area multi and interdisciplinary, which seeks to investigate phenomena related to the diverse processes of teaching, learning and teacher training in Mathematics; Physical; Chemistry; Biology; and Pedagogy, which teach in the initial and final years of Elementary School and in High school, including all levels; phases; phases; and modalities of Basic Education, in Higher Education, in formal space; non-formal; and informal.

The REAMEC Journal publishes and disseminates research in the area of the Teaching of the ​​Science and Mathematics. According to its Focus and Scope, REAMEC Journal accepts, for publication, unpublished scientific articles, writings in Portuguese, English and / or Spanish, resulting from scientific research that focuses on the production of knowledge in ‘that area. It publishes research carried out mainly in the Amazon Region, but also in other national and international institutions from other geographic regions.
