DOCUMENTS FOR EDUCATION IN GOIÂNIA AND PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PANDEMIC

AN EXPERIENCE REPORT

Abstract

The aim of the this work is to report the experiences of Physical Education teachers of elementary school (Grade 1 and Grade 2) of a municipal school in the city of Goiânia, especially with regard to the pedagogical practices of this curricular component from the norms and guidelines for the functioning of municipal public schools during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the years 2020 and 2021.The methodology follows the perspective of an experience report together with the presentation of guiding documents for educational institutions. Although there were several guidelines and regulations to try to implement the pedagogical practices of the curricular components in the face of the pandemic scenario, including Physical Education, these practices were deficient due to the various difficulties encountered, whether institutional and/or procedural. The pedagogical practices of Physical Education were compromised due to failures in the guidelines on how to develop this curricular component, impacting the development of students.
