FASES DEL CICLO MENSTRUAL Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL RENDIMIENTO DE DEPORTISTAS UNIVERSITARIAS DE FÚTBOL SALA

Resumen

El objetivo fue evaluar la influencia de las fases del ciclo menstrual en las pruebas de rendimiento de deportistas de fútbol sala. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 15 deportistas. Los análisis se realizaron en tres fases del ciclo: en la fase folicular (FF) (día 8-12), en la fase lútea (FL) (día 16-20) y en la fase pre-menstrual (PM) (día 26-28). Se aplicaron las siguientes pruebas: para evaluar la resistencia anaeróbica - Running Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST); para velocidad con cambio de dirección – Prueba cuadrada; para evaluar la velocidad lineal - prueba de 10 y 20 metros, para flexibilidad; y finalmente analizar la potencia y fuerza de los miembros inferiores - Squat Jump (SJ) y Countermovement Jump (CMJ). En este estudio, las diferentes fases del ciclo menstrual no influyeron en los resultados de las pruebas de rendimiento físico de resistencia anaeróbica (PM: 6,52s; FF: 6,37s; FL: 6,37s), velocidad con cambio de dirección (PM: 5,59s; FF: 5,83s; FL: 5,72s) y lineal (PM: 3,52s; FF: 3,57s; FL: 3,51s), flexibilidad (PM: 33,48cm; FF: 34,00cm; FL: 32,86cm), potencia (PM: 28,62cm; FF: 28,54 cm; FL: 29,24cm) y fuerza (PM: 27,26cm; FF: 27,35cm; FL: 27,78cm) de los miembros inferiores, con medias muy similares en las distintas fases del ciclo, incluida la fase premenstrual.
