The study is characterized as a qualitative-quantitative research, of an applied nature, descriptive in terms of objectives. Data were obtained from the Innovation Sprint and information recorded in the ALI system, through the analysis of 19 companies participating in the first cycle held between August and December 2022 in the state of Santa Catarina, municipalities of Concórdia, Jaborá, and Seara. Results showed that the main prioritized problems were related to personnel management, and the solutions developed primarily provided improvements in the internal processes of the companies, generally being of low complexity. Additionally, in most companies, improvements in productivity indicators and scores on the topics evaluated in the ALI Radar diagnosis were identified.
