¿MATRIMONIO PERFECTO O UTOPÍA?

Resumen

El objetivo de este ensayo fue identificar y reflexionar sobre alternativas que permitan conciliar el deporte infantil con la promoción de la salud mental, creando las bases para que niños y jóvenes se desarrollen de manera justa, equitativa e inherentemente saludable. Estas reflexiones y preguntas pretenden estimular un amplio debate, particularmente en Portugal y Brasil, sobre este tema, con el objetivo de rescatar el deporte infantil, a través de la urgencia de crear oportunidades para que niños y jóvenes muevan su cuerpo de manera creativa. libres y cada vez más competentes, poniendo a prueba límites y barreras, de una manera positiva e inherentemente saludable. Con base en lo anterior, los autores identifican un conjunto de alternativas que pueden ayudar al deporte infantil y juvenil a superar desafíos emergentes como el abandono de la práctica deportiva, la existencia de diversas inequidades, la profesionalización temprana, así como la necesidad de responder a las necesidades de situaciones complejas. desarrollo de los niños y jóvenes de hoy. En este sentido, surgen varios interrogantes para que el deporte, como contexto relevante en la promoción de la salud mental, pueda cumplir su misión en lugar de deteriorarse, además de perjudicar el bienestar y la calidad de vida de los más vulnerables: los niños y los jóvenes. personas que ingresan a este espacio. Se espera que el deporte infantil -la salud- y la salud mental sean vistos como conceptos inquebrantables, que puedan permitir nuevas formas de organizar la oferta deportiva en diferentes contextos socioculturales y de indagar.
