Understanding the dynamics of environmental systems according to an approach that involves the Theory of Complex Systems is an object of study that presents itself as an alternative to the use of classical models. The present work is dedicated to the use of Takens' Theorem to reconstruct the micrometeorological dynamics of the Jaru Biological Reserve (RO – Brazil), using time series of air temperature, particularly extracting information about the net radiation from the temperature, using the technique of rotation of lagged times space. The reproduction of the system dynamics using only air temperature series indicates that this variable carries information from the other variables, in addition to information about the system as a whole. Using mutual information analysis, it was studied how much information the air temperature carries on the net radiation.
