This article discusses the confrontation of necropolitics and digital colonialism from a counter-colonial use of popular media. We introduce the experience of Portal Favelas in the building of a popular communication network as a way to oppose to the state violence. We articulate the notion of testimony with a psychoanalytical reading of reparation policies, creating a methodological proposal that uses psychoanalytical conversations and escrevivências as a way to amplify silenced voices and convey insurgent experiences through community media.
