International human trafficking for sexual exploitation: the human market

Abstract

The theme of this article is International Human Trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation: the human market. The following problem was investigated: "How can the State intervene to combat this crime?". The following hypothesis was hypothesized "the normative and social omission that exists in human trafficking". The general objective is "to understand and point out the existing problems and discover the concept of sexual exploitation". The specific objectives are: "to discover the modus operandi of each recruiter"; the routes taken by the victims to their final destination"; "to analyze the Palermo Protocol". This work is important for a Law operator because this crime is the third most lucrative organized crime in the world; for science, it is relevant for pointing out relevant issues by the International Conventions, giving a social and moral relevance to the case; it adds to society to know better about this crime, portraying to the population the circumstances in which these victims are. This is qualitative theoretical research with a duration of six months.
