This work seeks to reflect on the emancipatory struggles of the indigenous, peasants and quilombolas in Brazil - which are grouped here in the Indo-peasants-quilombolas terminology - from the understanding of the relations and tensions between their territories and the state sphere, making a journey from colonial Brazil to the present day, which aims to contribute to the decolonization of Brazilian social and political history. From the reinvention of critical thought from Latin America / Abya Yala-quilombola, the critical conceptual elements of Epistemologies of the South, Political Ecology and Decoloniality help to think about the modern, capitalist and patriarchal world-system, to understand the re-existences that they reflect the disputes surrounding it. From and against the State, the Indo-peasants-Quilombolas have managed to retake their territories and reaffirm their identities, whose histories are intertwined by the thread of (post) colonial inheritance and their main milestones are reflected in this work.
Key words: INDOCAMPESINOS-QUILOMBOLAS; EPISTEMOLOGIES OF THE SOUTH; RE-EXISTENCE; TERRITORY
