Programas de Desenvolvimento Industrial, de Benefícios Fiscais e Outras Concessões: Mato Grosso, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul e Rondônia
Abstract
Neste Artigo comparam-se e analisam-se os Programas e Fundos de investimentoIndustrial, além dos Programas de Benefícios Fiscais das seguintes unidades federativas: Mato Grosso, Goiás. Maio Grosso do Sul e Rondônia.Esses Estados, limítrofes e com característicaseconômicas semelhantes, nos últimos anos estão competindo entre si pelasindústrias que migram dos centros mais dinâmicos do País. Apesar dos programas abordados serem assemelhados, constata se que a maioria deles foi concebida e implementada sem levar em consideração princípios básicos de política industrial, dado que, de forma geral, eles não priorizam as principais vantagens comparativas regionais.
