Em Defesa do Cidadão: Assistência Jurídica Gratuita na UFMT
Abstract
O presente ensaio suscita reflexões acerca da Assistência Jurídica gratuita prestada pelo NPJ (Núcleo de Prática Jurídica) da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso. A população com baixo rendimento econômico têm dificuldade de acesso à justiça, embora este seja um direito garantido na Constituição Federal do Brasil de 1988.
