Abstract

The study aimed to verify the impact that the changes that occurred in the process of incorporation, alteration and termination of companies had on the accounting professionals of Tangará da Serra/MT. This is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach and a field research method. The results show a recent department of legalization of companies, having a specific sector, in which people carry out activities in parallel with another sector, even if people perform different activities. Accounting professionals committed to guiding the entrepreneur in the legal nature and in the most viable tax regime were identified. It was also observed that there was a delay in the integration of the municipality of Tangará da Serra with the Redesim program, compared to other municipalities. It can be seen that the main reduction in bureaucracy occurred in the registration processes was in the deadlines for approval of contracts, ranging from 8 to 15 days to up to 2 days. In view of this, the reflection of the changes that have occurred in the processes of incorporation, alteration and termination of companies, from the perspective of accounting professionals, generates difficulties, however, it provides evolution.
