APLICANDO A NOÇÃO DE ISOTOPIA EM NARRATIVA MÍTICA INDÍGENA

Resumo

Este artigo busca partilhar com o leitor reflexões sobre a noção de isotopia, proposta pela semiótica discursiva, bem como mostrar a aplicabilidade desse conceito na narrativa mítica Paresí intitulada “A origem da lua”. Apresenta um plano de leitura, mobilizando essa categoria semiótica, destacando que Greimas, no Dicionário de Semiótica (s/d, p.251), admite que um mesmo texto pode conter diversas isotopias, deixando, no entanto, subsistir para o conjunto do texto apenas um número restrito de possíveis leituras.

APPLYING THE NOTION OF ISOTOPY IN THE MYTHIC INDIAN NARRATIVE  

ABSTRACT: This article seeks to share with the reader reflections on the notion of isotopy, proposed by discursive semiotic, as well as to show the applicability of this concept in the mythic narrative of Paresí entitled "The origin of the moon." It presents a reading plan, mobilizing this semiotic category, focusing on Greimas that in the Dictionary of Semiotics (s / d, p. 251) admits that a same text can contain various isotopes, however,  it gives for an ensemble of the text only a limited number of possible readings.
