Resumo

Dear authors, readers and researchers of the Biodiversity Journal

 It is with intense production and satisfaction that we publish the third and last edition of the year 2017. Here, we disclose the scientific contributions that deal with biological diversity, which reveal the thoughts and procedures of investigations by the science bias.

 The dissemination of scientific works through publications has a considerable weight in the advances of academic and scientific knowledge for society and science in general. And in publishing, the researcher returns to society the consolidation of intellectual activity in the form of materialized and processed reflection, by the diffusion of the constructed knowledge.

 We congratulate all of them, who, by submitting their productions in the context of biological approaches, promote the strengthening of science in the modern world.
