A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DOS LIVROS DIDÁTICOS PARA O PROCESSO DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM DE LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA NAS ESCOLAS BRASILEIRAS

Resumo

  A partir de uma análise crítica dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e de outros documentos oficiais que norteiam o trabalho docente, objetivamos apresentar uma descrição do ensino de Língua Portuguesa no Brasil de acordo com a perspectiva explícita em Livros Didáticos de Língua Portuguesa (LDLP), direcionados aos níveis fundamental e médio. Concluímos que, apesar de esses materiais centrarem todos os conteúdos na noção de gênero, essa entidade não é vista como objeto de ensino, o que resulta em um tratamento ainda superficial.

CONTRIBUTION OF TEXTBOOKS TO THE PROCESS OF LEARNING AND TEACHING OF THE PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE IN BRAZILIAN SCHOOLS

ABSTRACT: From a critical analysis of the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN) and other official documents that guide the teaching practice, we aim to present a description of the teaching of the Portuguese Language in Brazil in accordance with the vision that is present in the Portuguese Language Didactical Books (LDLP), targeted at primary and secondary levels. We concluded that despite of the fact that the content of the textbooks are centered on the notion of genre, nevertheless, genre is not seen as object of study, in consequence, genre is treated superficially.
