substâncias, como os sideróforos e ácidos orgânicos, que
aumentam a disponibilidade de nutrientes (ZHAO et al.,
2014).
As plantas colonizadas pelo fungo Trichoderma sp.
apresentam altos níveis endógenos de auxinas, etileno,
giberelinas, enzimas vegetais, antioxidantes, solutos e
compostos compatíveis, como fitoalexinas e fenóis. Essas
substâncias lhes conferem tolerância a estresses bióticos e
abióticos induzidos (LOPEZ-BUCIO et al., 2015).
Para Vinale et al. (2018) a resposta de crescimento
vegetativo desencadeada por Trichoderma spp. é reconhecida,
pois esses microrganismos são capazes de solubilizar fosfato
e outros minerais, tornando-os disponíveis para as plantas,
além de produzir análogos de auxina.
5. CONCLUSÕES
Foram identificados nas sementes de milho (Zea mays L.)
oriundas dos municípios paraibanos os seguintes fungos:
Aspergillus sp., Aspergillus niger, Penicillium sp. e Fusarium sp.
O uso de Trichoderma harzianum independente da
concentração aplicada nas sementes foram eficazes na
redução de Aspergillus sp., Aspergillus niger, Penicillium sp. e
Fusarium sp.
O Trichoderma harzianum não interferiu negativamente na
qualidade fisiológica das sementes e proporcionou um
aumento nos percentuais de germinação.
